My Leg Day Workout

I love leg day. It’s usually short but sweet, and packs a large punch. This is a good indicator of how fit my legs are based on the amount of soreness felt, three whole days later. Since it has been a while, I eased back into the workout routine.

I completed the following:

1 warm-up set x 65lbs x 10 reps

3 working sets x 75lbs x 10 reps each set

2 sets of deadlifts x 75lbs x 10 reps each set

Not too shabby for being rusty!
